Group Managing Director

Graeme is extremely well known and respected within the New Zealand tourism industry. He has a depth of experience spanning over many years with key roles in major New Zealand and Australasian tourism companies prior to starting Pacific Destinationz in 1996.

Janet Neesham


Director International

Janet has over 20 years experience in South Pacific inbound and is responsible for clientele from our non-Asian markets. She speaks several European languages and has a good understanding of the specific requirements of the different European and Latin cultures we deal with.

Mark Badland


Director & General Manager

Mark has over 10 years experience in the travel industry and is currently General Manager. Mark is also well experienced with Special Interest, Incentives and Sports groups.

Cynthia Chia


Manager Asia

Cynthia has over 20 years experience in the New Zealand travel industry. She has been with the company since 1996, and has a wide knowledge of the destination, having previously been Operations Supervisor. Cynthia's attention to detail, and fast turn-around have earned her respect from her clientele. She speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and the major Asian dialects.

James Sowane


Director Fiji

James heads Pacific Destinationz Fiji providing inbound receptive services for the Fiji Islands. He has a B.Com in Tourism and Business Marketing and was the recipient of the 1999 Young Achiever Award in the Fiji Excellence Tourism Awards. He is very active in the Fiji tourism industry, serving on some major industry committees. He currently serves on the Board of the Society of Fiji Travel Associates as Vice President plus the Fiji Visitors Bureau, being the youngest ever to serve on the FVB board to date.
